Right to Disconnect legislation comes into effect this week. Setting some boundaries in a hyper-connected world? It sounds great, but how does Right to Disconnect work when we match it up against our workplace culture? Many organisations work extended hours due to work demands and sometimes because “that’s just how it’s done around here”. Do we have workaholic workplace cultures?
